Harold A. Levine, D.O.

As Chief Medical Officer of ValueOptions, Dr. Levine oversees all medical and clinical operations for the company's divisions and service centers.

Previously, Dr. Levine served as the Corporate Medical Director of Utilization Management for ValueOptions as well as Medical Director for the company's affiliate, Alternative Behavioral Services of Arizona. In addition, Dr. Levine served as Medical Director of a pharmacy management company under First Hospital Corporation.

Prior to joining ValueOptions, he held a private practice in adult and adolescent psychiatry before becoming Medical Director for Charter Hospital, Oak Creek Hospital and Modesto Psychiatric Center, respectively. He has lectured extensively throughout the United States on psychiatric symptom complexes and functional assessments of psychiatric patients.

Dr. Levine earned his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Levine completed his residency and fellowship in adult and child psychiatry at the Menninger Foundation in Topeka, Kansas.
