The link to Self-Service Portal (SSP) offers you access to your eligibility, claims, benefits, authorizations and other important information about your coverage. Here are some frequently asked questions and ways this section can help you:

How do I access my eligibility and benefits information?

Go to Benefits to learn more about the benefits available to you and general information about your coverage. You can confirm your outpatient and inpatient benefits and verify information such as your mailing address. Need to submit a claim? This section provides the claims mailing address for your group.

How can I find out my authorization status?

Most contracts require an authorization before benefits are paid. In Authorizations you can see all of your authorizations and any claims paid under the authorization.

How do I know if a claim has been paid?

Simply select Claims to access your claim information. You will see how much the provider or facility charged, Beacon Health Options’ payment and any patient responsibility.

If you still need more information after reviewing your information available in SSP application simply select the Submit Inquiry button to send your question to our customer service staff. A representative will carefully review your question and respond to you through the “Message Center" in SSP application.

How do I subscribe to receive Mental Health Articles in my Email?

Click on the MY PROFILE button at the top of this page. At the bottom of your Profile page select the topics you are interested in and click the Update Profile button.

How do I stop receiving Mental Health Articles in my Email?

Click on the MY PROFILE button at the top of this page. At the bottom of your Profile page deselect the topics you no longer wish to receive emails about and click the Update Profile button.
