Hear the Sounds of Depression

Imagine feeling so hopeless and full of despair that you cannot imagine a moment when you felt good. Imagine that time is so slowed down that each minute seems like a day.

These feelings could be signs of depression. And you can learn to listen to your inner self-talk to discover whether you need to seek treatment. You can also learn to listen to others. When they express feelings of worthlessness and despair, you may encourage them to seek help from a trained mental health professional.

For information on depression—or any personal concern that affects your work or quality of life—visit (insert URL) or call (insert 800#) anytime of day or night.
