The Mental Health Association (MHA) contracts with ValueOptions to provide peer to peer education classes for NorthSTAR members.  TIMA provides trained facilitators to teach classes to consumers about their diagnosis, medications, how to deal with and minimize side effects, how to cope with symptoms of their illness, and build a natural support system in their communities. These classes are taught at various locations across the Dallas area.
