    This specific toll-free number is typically found on the membership identification card or other informational items (brochures, posters, etc.) supplied by your employer or medical health plan.

  • Finally, you can also contact us online through MemberConnect, our secure online portal for customer service. In addition to contacting us, you can complete a variety of administrative transactions online. It’s convenient and secure! If you are visiting MemberConnect for the first time, you will need to register first. However, if you are a return visitor, simply log-in and submit an inquiry from the benefits, eligibility, authorization or claim status screen!
