Albuquerque, N.M. – March 24, 2008

ValueOptions®, Inc., the nation's largest independent behavioral health care provider, has named Eddy D. Broadway Chief Executive Officer of ValueOptions® New Mexico.

"We have known Eddy for many years and we couldn't be happier that he has chosen to lead ValueOptions® New Mexico," said Barbara B. Hill, CEO of ValueOptions®, Inc., the parent company of ValueOptions® New Mexico. "Eddy is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in the southwest as a champion for behavioral health and managed health care. We have worked with Eddy for a number of years in his current role as a state regulator, and have respected and valued our relationship with him. We are glad Eddy shares that respect for ValueOptions® and will be joining our management team."

"Eddy's experience working with Arizona's multi-cultural population and with consumers, providers and state government on behavioral health issues makes him uniquely qualified to lead our operations in New Mexico," Hill said. "He is looking forward to his move ‘next door' from Arizona to New Mexico."

"I am very pleased to join the ValueOptions® New Mexico team. Everyone there has done outstanding work building and operating the statewide behavioral health care delivery system," Broadway said. "I have worked along side ValueOptions® for several years in Arizona and I have found it to be a very caring and capable company. I look forward to meeting the providers and consumers in New Mexico and working with them to make the behavioral health system better and stronger."

A nationwide search for a new ValueOptions® New Mexico CEO was launched in November 2007, following the retirement of previous CEO Pam Galbraith. Broadway will start his new position by April 21.
