ValueOptions® Names Christine Leush Vice President of Great Lakes Service Center

ValueOptions, Inc., the nation's largest independent behavioral health care company, has named Christine Leush Vice President of the company's Great Lakes Service Center in Southfield, Mich.
"Christine is a veteran health care executive with 19 years of experience in the behavioral health management industry," said Chris Wilson, Senior Vice President for National and Health Plans Accounts. "Christine will be an excellent leader for the Great Lakes Service Center because of her clinical background, experience in managing behavioral health service centers, history of working with large employers and health plans, and because of her knowledge of the union sector."
In her position, Leush will provide on-site leadership and will work closely with leaders of all operations and clinical issues. She will be accountable for administrative oversight and supervision for the service center, leading that operation in successfully meeting performance standards and compliance expectations for employer and health plan clients. She will be involved with clinical, operational and client service issues on a daily basis.
Prior to joining ValueOptions, Leush was Vice President of Northwest Operations for APS Healthcare, Inc., in Missoula, Mont. Prior to that, she was Executive Director of Operations for Magellan Health Services in Salt Lake City. Leush has held various management positions in the health care field for both providers and clients. She was also a psychotherapist and international consultant in private practice in Kuwait.
Leush is a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist; Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Substance Abuse Professional; and a Red Cross Disaster Mental Health Worker. She is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the California Association for Marriage and Family therapists. Additionally, she is a peer reviewer and an accreditation consultant.
Leush holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and an M.S. degree in Counseling from San Francisco State University.
