Kellogg's Expands ValueOptions®' EAP Coverage

Norfolk, Virginia — January 14, 2005

ValueOptions today announced that Kellogg Company (NYSE: K) has added ValueOptions' Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for an additional 5,200 of its employees.

ValueOptions currently provides ongoing EAP services to 12,300 of Kellogg's workforce. Under the new agreement, Kellogg will expand the EAP program to cover all active employees, bringing the total covered employees to 17,000. This represents an expansion of ValueOptions' existing relationship with Kellogg, for which the company has been managing mental health and substance abuse care since 1994 and EAP services since 1991.

The agreement, which took effect on January 1, 2005, will be administered out of ValueOptions' Great Lakes Service Center in Southfield, Michigan.
